Sony used to bring their handsets in collaboration with Ericsson. However they are not partners anymore now and Xperia S is the first model by Sony after the end of this partnership. Xperia series is already a big hit into the market and now Sony has decided to bring some more astonishing models to prove their strength into the market. HTC is also a big giant of the marketplace and they have just brought their latest handset Titan II. Let us compare these two models and check which one can be most useful and offers the best features.
Ergonomics: – Sony Xperia S has the dimensions of 128*64*10.6mm and the weight of this model is 144 grams. However the dimensions of HTC Titan II are 132*69*13 mm with the weight of 147 grams. Video capability is 1080p@30fps and the secondary camera is of 1.3MP. HTC Titan II has 16MP of camera with the power of 3480*4640 pixels. Video capacity is 720p@30fps. There is no difference in secondary camera which is of 1.3MP.
Battery: – Sony Xperia S has Li-Ion 1750 mAh standard battery. The standby time is up to 450hours in 2G and up to 420 hours in 3G. The talk-time is up to 7.30hours in 2G and up to 8.30hours in 3G. Music play is also satisfactory as the capacity is up to 25 hours. HTC Titan II has Li-Ion 1730 mAh standard battery. The standby time is up to 290 hours and talk-time is up to 4.20 hours.
Price: – There is not much difference in the price tag of these two models. Xperia S can be around $634 only whereas the price of HTC Titan II is $628 only.
