Researched and compiled a detailed report on the personal library of Prof. Dr. Tahir Masood, a renowned figure of Mass Communication in Karachi University.
The report has been Published in Pakistan Library Bulletin. Vol. XXXII Nos. (3-4) September – December. 2001
Wrote a Thesis on “Comparative Study of the Libraries of Research Institutes of Karachi University” as part fulfillment of my M.L.I.S.
A Review article of my thesis titled “Comparative study of the libraries of Research Institutes of Karachi University” has been published in Pakistan Library Bulletin,
Vol. XXXIII Nos. (3-4) September-December. 2002.
Contributed as Computer instructor in a Training Program of “Use of Information Technology in School and College Libraries” held in 2002 organized by Karachi University.
Worked as Volunteer in a Two week Training Program, titled “ Use of Information Technology in Public Libraries” organized by the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Karachi in 2001.
Attended a Seminar and Workshop Jointly organized by Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Center, Ziauddin Medical University, and Medical Library Association of Pakistan. Titled as “Information Handling In Health Sciences and Promotion of Networking in Medical Libraries” at Ziauddin Medical University Karachi in 2002.
Attended two-week classes in Ziauddin Medical University Library as a trainee from 15th. May to 28th. May, 2002.
Attended a 5 days workshop on “Computer workshop for Medical Librarians” organized by, “College of Physicians and surgeons of Pakistan at WHO collaboration center”, at CPSP Karachi from 16th Feb. to 20th Feb.2004.
